How it works

Three steps. The cart is with us, you finish the order at the print shop.

  1. You configure

    You choose the format, paper, finish and quantity. The price changes with every choice.

  2. You add it to the cart

    The configuration waits in the cart. You can add more products or change the quantity.

  3. You order at the print shop

    You upload your file, choose delivery and pay. This step takes place at the print shop.

The print shop is responsible for printing. We take care of configuration and price.

The order is fulfilled by PROMEDIA.PL from Łódź. Prices are in PLN, excl. and incl. VAT.

    PROMEDIA.PL prints the orders and ships them to 25 EU countries.

  2. You upload the file at the print shop

    In the order you can add a paid file check.

  3. Delivery and payment at the print shop

    You choose delivery and pay in the next step, in the print shop's cart.

FAQ

How do I place an order?

Choose a product, set the options and quantity, and add it to your cart. “Go to checkout” takes you to the print shop PROMEDIA.PL. There you upload your file and choose delivery and payment. You finish the order there, in English.

Do I need an xdruk account?

No. There are no accounts or logins on xdruk. You will find your orders at the print shop, under “My orders”.

Which countries do you ship to?

To 25 countries of the European Union. You will find the list of countries and indicative costs on the Shipping and payment page.

In which currency is my order billed?

In Polish złoty (PLN). You are billed and you pay in PLN; if your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount.
