When is it a good fit?

You have too much to say for one small card: your offer, opening hours, a QR code.
A salon wants cards where clients collect stamps or note their next appointment.
You leave cards at the till and want people to actually open them.

How to choose

Decide in this order.

Portrait or landscape sheet
You can choose a 90×100 mm sheet or a 180×50 mm one, and both fold to 90×50 mm. The portrait one opens like a booklet, the landscape one folds along a vertical line.
What goes inside
Inside there's room for a price list, a map, a coupon or a grid of stamp fields. Plan the content before you choose the sheet.
Line and paper
Classic gives you coated paper or Invercote Creato with lamination. Eco means natural papers, Prestige specialty ones. The creased sheet folds cleanly in all three.
Lamination on the fold
Gloss, matt or soft-touch lamination is only available in the Classic line. You choose it separately for each side.
Quantity
Start with 100 pieces. Folded cards run out more slowly than flat ones, because they go to specific clients rather than onto a pile.

Print files

Prepare a CMYK PDF of the flat sheet and mark the fold line on it. Keep text at least 3 mm from the crease and add a 3 mm bleed. Printing is double-sided, so remember both sides of the sheet.

You upload the file at the print shop after “Go to checkout”.

FAQ

What size is the card when folded?

90×50 mm. Open, it measures 90×100 mm or 180×50 mm, depending on the sheet you pick.

Can I print just one side?

No. This product family comes in 4/4 only, so colour goes on both sides of the sheet.

Won't the card crack at the fold?

The sheet is creased, meaning it's scored along the fold, so it folds evenly. You don't need to do anything for the creasing.

Is there an express option?

Yes, with a +30% surcharge. Classic takes 1–2 working days, Eco and Prestige 2–3 working days, for orders placed by 1 pm.

Can the folded card be sealed shut?

We don't offer gluing or a closure. A folded business card opens freely.
