When is it a good fit?

A salon sells gift vouchers for the holidays and needs them in several designs.
An online shop wants to add a thank-you card with a discount code to every parcel.
You give a customer a coupon for their next order and want it kept, not lost.

How to choose

Decide in this order.

Size
A6 is the classic card, DL a slim voucher, 100×100 mm a small square card, 150×150 mm a bigger one that feels more like a gift. The square ones look best inside a parcel.
Card weight
250 gsm coated paper is light and smooth, 350 gsm is clearly stiffer. Arktika GC1 300 gsm is a stiff board.
Numbering and personalisation
If the voucher carries a number or the recipient's name, switch on personalisation. You supply different data for each piece, and the fee depends on the quantity.
Lamination or bare paper
The Classic line offers gloss, matt or soft-touch lamination. Eco and Prestige don't have it, so the paper itself sets the impression.
A line for the occasion
Prestige suits spa and hotel vouchers, Eco suits florists and handmade brands, and Classic suits coupons that need to be cheap and quick.

Print files

Leave a clear area on the voucher for a number, expiry date or signature, and don't flood it with a dark background. Place QR codes and discount codes as vectors or in high resolution. The usual set: PDF, CMYK, 3 mm bleed.

FAQ

Can I number the vouchers?

Yes, choose personalisation in the configurator. You prepare the numbers or data together with the file.

Can the card be single-sided?

Yes, we print 4/0 or 4/4, so you can leave the back free for a stamp or a handwritten note.

Which quantities are available?

From 25 pieces in Classic, from 50 in Eco and Prestige. The configurator goes up to 1,000.

How long does production take?

Classic 2–3 working days, Eco and Prestige 4–5 working days from file approval.

Can it be faster? The vouchers are for the weekend.

Express is available with a +30% surcharge: 0–1 working days for Classic or 2–3 days for Eco and Prestige, for orders placed by 1 pm.
