When is it a good fit?

You sell candles or cosmetics and your jars go out to customers with no label at all.
An online shop wants to seal every parcel with a logo sticker.
You offer several flavours and need small labels with the variant name.

How to choose

Decide in this order.

Shape
Round stickers come in 22 diameters, from 25 to 160 mm. Square and rectangular ones come in 9 sizes, for example 65×65, 100×100 and 200×50 mm strips. Go for circles on jars and rectangles on boxes.
Material
White self-adhesive paper is the go-to for packaging. White self-adhesive vinyl copes better with moisture. Kraft paper gives a handmade look, though colours print darker on it.
Size
Measure the surface the sticker will sit on, not just the logo. For a front label on a jar, a diameter a few millimetres smaller than the width of the flat area is usually enough.
Quantities in full sheets
Stickers are kiss-cut on sheets, so we sell them in sets per sheet. The calculator adjusts your quantity to the nearest available step on its own.
No protective lamination
The configurator has no lamination option. If the sticker will be exposed to water, choose the vinyl material.

Print files

Prepare a CMYK PDF with a 3 mm bleed and text converted to outlines. Keep key elements a few millimetres from the edge, because that's where the cut runs. Download the template (CDR, TIFF, PDF) for your size.

You upload the file at the print shop after “Go to checkout”.

FAQ

How will the stickers arrive?

On sheets. Each label is cut around its edge, so you peel it off without scissors.

Why did the calculator change my quantity?

We count full sheets. If your quantity doesn't fill a complete sheet, it's rounded to the nearest available amount.

Can I order several designs in one batch?

Yes. Add each design as a separate item in the basket, with its own file. The quantity then counts per item.

How long does production take?

Square and rectangular: 2–3 working days. Round: 4–5 working days. We count from file approval, for orders placed by 1 pm.

What's the express time?

Square: 1–2 working days, round: 2–3 working days. Surcharge 30%.
