When is it a good fit?

An office is assembling a 3-month calendar and needs a backdrop with company photos.
An agency is preparing desk tent calendars for a client.
A promotional print shop assembles its own series and wants to outsource just the backing boards.

How to choose

Decide in this order.

Single or 3-month
The single-month board measures 330×480 mm and holds one month against the background. The 3-month board measures 330×700 mm and shows three months at once.
Flat sheet or Economy
Flat sheet (PLANO) versions are 330 mm wide. Economy versions and those with an embossed header are 305 mm wide, so check what you'll be matching them to.
Desk tent
This is the base of a desk calendar in two sizes: small 2×145×120 mm and regular 2×200×120 mm. Choose by how much space there is on the desk.
Lamination
Backing boards come with gloss or matt on one side, and the unlaminated option remains. On desk tents lamination is mandatory, and soft-touch is added to the choice.
Paper
Every variant uses Arktika GC1 300 gsm board, which is stiff and keeps a standing panel upright.

Print files

You get the printed background without calendar pads, so plan an empty area for the date grid. Use the desk tent template from the product page, a 3 mm bleed and CMYK. Printing is single-sided 4+0 only.

You upload the file at the print shop after “Go to checkout”.

FAQ

Do the backing boards come with calendar pads?

No, you get the printed board on its own. Calendar pads, the strip and the header are separate items, and assembly is up to you.

Is lamination optional on desk tents?

You can't switch it off. You only choose the type: gloss, matt or soft-touch.

How long is the wait?

Standard production is 4–5 working days from file approval. Express takes 2–3 days, with a 30% surcharge.

What's the minimum order for backing boards?

From 50 pcs.

Are the backing boards printed on both sides?

No, this product family is printed 4+0.
