When is it a good fit?
You're opening a guesthouse and the rooms don't have any signs for guests yet.
A hotel is rebranding and the old hangers with the previous logo need replacing.
A clinic or spa needs a hanging notice that a treatment is in progress and nobody should come in.
How to choose
Decide in this order.
Die shape
There are six shapes, from Hanger 01 to 06. The price doesn't depend on the shape, so pick the one that suits your artwork.
Paper
250 gsm coated paper is thinner and cheaper to use, 350 gsm coated paper is stiff like a card. Arktika board 300 gsm has a matt, natural tone that works with simple graphic designs.
Lamination
Gloss lamination boosts colours, matt gives a calmer look, soft-touch feels soft. A door hanger gets handled a lot, so lamination protects it from creases and fingerprints. Not every paper pairs with every lamination, and the configurator will show the unavailable sets.
Print on both sides
Double-sided 4/4 lets you put Do not disturb on one side and Please make up the room on the other. Your guest just flips the hanger.
Eco version
Kraftliner, Kazan and Flora papers, no lamination, in a 76×220 mm format. They suit eco hotels, glamping and farm stays.

Configure EcoPrint files
Draw your design on the shape of the chosen die and keep the handle hole free of text. Use a CMYK PDF and add a 3 mm bleed. Door hangers are narrow, so make the lettering big enough to read from a few steps away.
You upload the file at the print shop after “Go to checkout”.

FAQ
Does the shape change the price?
No. None of the six shapes carries a surcharge.
How long does production take?
3–4 working days from file approval, if you order by 1 pm. This applies to both lines.
I needed them yesterday. Can you go faster?
Express cuts the time to 1–2 working days and costs 30% more.
Can I have different text on each side?
Yes, choose double-sided 4/4 printing and prepare separate designs for the front and back.
Can every paper be laminated?
Not every combination is available. For example, Arktika 300 gsm doesn't pair with double-sided gloss lamination. The configurator blocks choices that aren't allowed.
