When is it a good fit?
You're opening a guesthouse and want guests to get their key in something better than a bare plastic card.
A hotel changes its Wi-Fi password and wants it printed alongside breakfast hours.
A farm stay goes for natural paper that matches its interiors.
How to choose
Decide in this order.
Die-cut shape
The standard 75×105 mm holds one card, and the two-card version serves a pair of guests. Slide-in holders at 60×90 mm are flat and quick to hand over, while folded or glued ones also work for receipts.
Paper
The Classic line gives you 350 gsm coated paper and Arktika board in 230 and 300 gsm. If the holder has to last through many stays, pick the thicker one. The Eco line offers Kraftliner, Kazan or Flora in several shades.
Lamination
Every Classic holder is laminated: gloss, matt or soft-touch. Gloss boosts colours, matt is calmer, and soft-touch feels velvety. A few paper and lamination pairings are unavailable, and the configurator will block them.
What goes on it
One side carries the logo and property name, the other the room number, Wi-Fi or breakfast hours. Double-sided 4/4 printing gives you room for both.

Configure EcoPrint files
The cutting dies come in different shapes, so design your file for the holder type you've chosen. Save a CMYK PDF, add a 3 mm bleed and leave space for the card. We'll check the file before printing.

FAQ
Will RFID cards fit inside?
We design the holders for key cards, magnetic and RFID ones included. Choose the die that matches your card's dimensions.
Why does a large run take longer?
Up to 500 pieces takes 4–5 working days, above 500 pieces 7–8 working days. Express takes 2–3 days with a 30% surcharge.
Can I get a Classic holder without lamination?
No, lamination always comes with this line. For an unlaminated holder, order from the Eco line.
What's the minimum?
From 100 pieces, in any quantity above that.
Do I have to assemble the holders myself?
No. The glued version arrives glued and folded. The unglued one ships flat and folds along the crease lines.
