Delivery in Poland and to 25 EU countries, production time, payment and invoices.
Delivery in Poland
Within Poland we ship by DPD courier. A parcel usually arrives in 1–2 days. Instead of the courier you can choose an InPost Paczkomat or collect your order in person in Łódź.
- DPD courier, up to 1 kg: 15 PLN
- DPD courier, up to 5 kg: 20 PLN
- DPD courier, up to 30 kg: 25 PLN
- Paczkomat: approx. 12 PLN
- Collection in person in Łódź
The courier price depends on the weight of the parcel, the Paczkomat has one flat price, and collecting in person has no shipping cost.
For orders over 30 kg you will see the cost in the next step, at the print shop.
The print shop gives the exact shipping cost when you place the order.
Delivery to EU countries
We ship by DPD courier to 25 countries of the European Union. The cost depends on the weight of the order and the destination. The table shows indicative prices including VAT, rounded up to whole zloty, together with delivery time in days.

Heavier orders travel in several parcels of up to 31.5 kg each. We calculate the cost for each parcel separately.
DPD delivers to these countries, but we do not show a price yet: Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. You will see the cost in the next step, at the print shop.
Production time
Production time depends on the product, line and quantity. You see the exact time on the product page in the configurator and in the summary. We count working days from file approval, excluding weekends and Polish public holidays.
An order placed by 1 pm counts from the same day, a later one from the next working day.
For selected products you can add Express. It appears in the options if the line offers it. Courier delivery time is added to production time.
Payment, invoices, VAT
You do not pay on the xdruk site. You choose the payment method and enter invoice details at the print shop PROMEDIA.PL, in the step after the cart.
We settle in Polish zloty (PLN). Prices are shown excl. and incl. 23% VAT. Invoices are issued in PLN and the seller is PROMEDIA.PL. Amounts with ≈ in euro or crowns are for guidance only.
Companies with a valid EU VAT number (VAT-UE) email us after placing the order and receive a 0% invoice (intra-Community supply, WDT). Prices on the site stay with 23% VAT.
