Brand and roles

xdruk is the shop's brand. Printing and order fulfilment are carried out by the print shop PROMEDIA.PL.

xdruk shows the products, lets you configure them and calculates the price in PLN net and gross. The order, file upload, payment and invoice happen in the print shop's cart. The sales contract is concluded there, when the order is placed, under the print shop's terms.

Withdrawal and complaints

Prints at xdruk are made to your configuration and your files, that is, to the consumer's specification. Under the print shop's terms (Art. 38 point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) a consumer then has no right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can claim a defective product under the statutory warranty, following the procedure in the print shop's terms. The print shop is liable for defects found within two years of delivery and answers a consumer's complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
