How to choose

Decide in this order.

One size, 85×55
The card has credit card dimensions and rounded corners, so it fits any wallet. You don't pick a size. You pick the paper and the finish.
Coated paper or Arktika
350 gsm coated paper is smooth and stiff. Arktika GC1 300 gsm is a stiff board with a different surface character.
Lamination for durability
The card travels around in pockets, so lamination extends its life. Gloss boosts colours, matt is subdued, soft-touch feels soft.
Personalisation
You can order numbering or individual data on every card. It's an extra option in the configurator, priced separately per piece.
Stamp fields
If you're going for a stamp card, leave smooth fields on it. With lamination, test a sample to see whether the stamp prints cleanly.

Print files

Work at 85×55 mm and allow for the rounded corners: run the background to the edge and keep key elements 4 mm inside. Printing is double-sided, so prepare both sides. For personalisation, attach the data list.

FAQ

Does the card have rounded corners?

Yes, the 85×55 mm card is die-cut with rounded corners, like a payment card.

Can I print just one side?

No, we always print cards on both sides, 4/4. You can leave the back almost empty.

How long does production take?

4–5 working days from file approval. Express for +30% cuts that to 2–3 working days, for orders placed by 1 pm.

Can every card carry a different number?

Yes, if you tick personalisation. You supply the numbering or data along with the file.

Can I use any lamination on Arktika cards?

Not every paper and lamination pairing is available. The configurator only shows the possible ones.
