When is it a good fit?

The wedding is three months away and the guest list keeps changing.
A corporate gala where every invitee should receive a card with their own name.
Your venue opens next week and you need a simple invitation with no folding.

How to choose

Decide in this order.

Card size
A6 fits a regular envelope and sits well in the hand. A5 gives more room for the schedule and directions. DL is slim and elegant, and 150×150 mm stands out as a square.
Paper line
Classic means 350 gsm coated paper or Invercote Creato 300 gsm. Eco means kraft and grass papers. Prestige means textures and metallics: linen, felt, laid, STARDREAM.
One side or two
4+0 is enough when the back should stay free for a handwritten line. Take 4+4 when you plan a timetable or a map on the reverse.
Lamination
Only available in the Classic line: gloss, matt or soft-touch, on one or both sides. Matt and soft-touch look good on dark backgrounds.
Guest names
Personalisation is an option in the configurator. Prepare the list of names and agree on the text layout before it goes to print.

Print files

Send a CMYK PDF with fonts converted to outlines and a 3 mm bleed on every side. Set the smallest text at 6 pt and photos at 300 dpi. You can download templates in CDR, TIFF and PDF from the product page.

You upload the file at the print shop after “Go to checkout”.

FAQ

What's the minimum order for invitations?

The Classic line starts at 25 pcs, Eco and Prestige at 50 pcs. Above 10,000 pcs we quote by email.

Can every invitation carry a different name?

Yes, choose personalisation in the configurator. The fee depends on the quantity and shows up in the quote.

How long does it take to make the invitations?

Classic: 1–2 working days from file approval. Eco and Prestige: 4–5 working days. Place orders by 1 pm.

My invitations are running late. Can you go faster?

Yes, express with a 30% surcharge. Classic ships in 0–1 working days, Eco and Prestige in 2–3 days.

Will you check the file before printing?

You can choose a file check by a designer with a digital proof to approve, or order a basic design. Both options are paid.
