When is it a good fit?

Your company has moved and the old stationery is going in the bin.
A law firm needs headed paper for letters that get signed by pen.
A nursery issues attendance certificates and wants them to look consistent.

How to choose

Decide in this order.

A4 or A5
A4 is the office staple for letters, quotes and contracts. A5 is for short notes, thank-you letters and certificates.
80, 90 or 120 gsm
80 gsm uncoated paper is copier paper, 90 gsm feels noticeably sturdier, and 120 gsm shows through far less. For letters sent by post, 90 gsm is often enough.
Paper for your printer
Uncoated paper takes pen and stamps, and it also runs through a printer. If you want a smoother surface, choose DCP Satyna 120 gsm.
One side or two
Letterheads usually carry print on the front only, 4/0. Pick 4/4 if your terms of trade or a second address go on the back.
No lamination
The paper has no finish, because lamination would make writing and laser printing impossible. There's no lamination option here.

Print files

Leave a clear area for the letter text and keep the logo at least 5 mm from the edge. For a background or a full-width band, add a 3 mm bleed. Colours in CMYK, file as PDF.

FAQ

Can I run the letterhead through an office printer afterwards?

Yes, uncoated paper is suited to printer use. With satin paper, check your printer's manual to see whether it accepts smooth stock.

Can I write on it with a fountain pen?

Uncoated paper works for writing and stamps.

How fast will I get my letterheads?

Production takes 1–2 working days from file approval, and we accept orders until 1 pm.

Is there an express option?

Yes, for +30%, with production in 0–1 working days.

What's your minimum?

The minimum is 50 pieces. The configurator lets you choose any quantity up to 1,000.
